General Description: Skills and Characteristics for Applicants: The qualified individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong written, verbal, consultative, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide customer and employee training, analyze information, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and work independently with general supervision. Applicants should have knowledge of Treasury Management products and operational processes, customer onboarding and implementation support, and applicable bank policies and regulatory requirements. Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and banking-related software is also required. Educational Requirements: Educational and experience requirements include an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college, preferably in finance, business, or a related field, plus a minimum of four years of related experience with an emphasis on Treasury Management, deposit operations, customer implementation, or related financial services responsibilities. Experience supporting business customers, product setup, training, and cross-functional coordination is preferred.
