University of Iowa Health Careis seeking a BE/BC breast surgeon to join our high-volume,academic,breast-only practice alongside four fellowship-trained surgeons. The successful candidate will become part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary breast oncology team in a collegial and supportive environment. Our NAPBC-accredited Breast Center brings breast surgery, genetic counseling, and medical oncology together in one clinic and is immediately adjacent to our Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. Our team is supported by dedicated nurse navigators and two advanced practice providers who lead our high-risk and survivorship clinics. We also have a robust, collaborative academic plastic surgery practice that performs all forms of breast reconstruction. The successful candidate will be appointed at the Assistant or Associate Professor level within the University of Iowa Health Care Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology and Endocrine Surgery. Faculty appointment may be on either the clinical (non-tenure) track or tenure track, depending on experience and research interests.
