Description What You'll Do: As the Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you will provide support to the MQ-4C Triton FST/PMA-262. This position focuses on reviewing and updating Maintenance Plans and provisioning data to support aircraft sustainment and fleet readiness. The Aircraft Maintenance Planner will work with government representatives, Fleet Support Team personnel, engineers, technical publications specialists, and logistics organizations to ensure maintenance and logistics information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with approved aircraft configurations and requirements. This position will be based in our Jacksonville, FL office. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update Maintenance Plans based on engineering changes, maintenance concepts, repair capabilities, and support requirements.
- Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals, Technical Directives, service bulletins, and related documentation to determine impacts to maintenance planning and provisioning data.
- Verify maintenance task information, including maintenance levels, personnel, tools, test equipment, materials, and replacement parts.
- Review and recommend changes to Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SM&R) codes and associated provisioning data.
- Research and reconcile discrepancies involving part numbers, National Stock Numbers, nomenclature, configuration applicability, and provisioning records.
- Prepare and track Data Change Notices and supporting documentation to update supply and provisioning records.
- Coordinate with engineering, logistics, NAVSUP, Defense Logistics Agency, and other stakeholders to resolve maintenance planning and provisioning discrepancies.
- Review and maintain logistics data and technical documentation in accordance with applicable GEIA-STD-0007 and S-Series requirements, including S1000D, S2000M, and S4000P.
- Support logistics data migration, mapping, and validation between source systems, XML-based IETM content, and maintenance planning and provisioning databases.
- Use SQL queries and reports to research discrepancies, reconcile records, and support maintenance planning and provisioning decisions.
- Maintain source documentation, revision history, and traceability for data changes.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide status updates on assigned changes, discrepancies, and corrective actions.

- Experience in military aircraft maintenance, maintenance planning, provisioning, aviation logistics, or fleet sustainment.
- Experience reviewing and maintaining aircraft technical documentation or logistics support data.
- Working knowledge of naval aviation maintenance concepts and maintenance responsibilities at the organizational, intermediate, and depot levels.
- Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, illustrated parts data, and aircraft configuration information.
- Familiarity with SM&R codes, parts identification, and the relationship between maintenance requirements and supply support.
- Experience researching discrepancies, documenting findings, and coordinating corrections with technical and logistics personnel.
- Working knowledge of GEIA-STD-0007 and the S-Series, including S1000D, S2000M, and S4000P.
- Basic understanding of XML and its use in structured, XML-based technical documentation and IETMs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with technical or logistics databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MQ-4C Triton, PMA-262, or other NAVAIR unmanned aircraft experience.
- Experience using SLIC, EAGLE LSA, or similar logistics support analysis tools.
- Experience with naval aviation logistics and technical data systems such as DECKPLATE, NALDA, NALCOMIS, JDRS, or NAVSUP OneTouch.
- Experience preparing SM&R change requests, Data Change Notices, or technical publication deficiency reports.
- Familiarity with Logistics Product Data, Maintenance Task Analysis, and Level of Repair Analysis.
- Relevant technical education, military training, or a degree in logistics, aviation, or a related field.
