The Store Designer is responsible for the flow and look of retail stores. Under general supervision, review the information gathered from the landlord and/or the site survey, creating a store layout that optimizes the use of the space while meeting company design guidelines.
Take as-builts, site surveys, and/or CAD files and create preliminary floor plans in accordance with company store design standards, ensuring that all governing building codes are met Incorporate feedback into preliminary plans, ensuring that requests can be met while complying with governing construction codes Review CDs for design integrity, ensuring that all site-specific items are addressed Coordinate design intent with SME Engineer for the development of their drawings Meet with buyer on a per-project basis to validate store purchasing needs Typically has the following skills or abilities: #LI-VISIONCARE Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
