Viracon LLC Production Associate \| Day Shift Starting Pay: $20.55/hour + Day Shift Premium Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Owatonna, MN Viracon is continuously hiring Entry Level Production Associates to join our day shift team in Owatonna, MN. No prior manufacturing experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to grow into a long term career with Viracon. What You'll Do * Set up workstations and prepare materials * Load and unload materials * Cut and assemble glass products * Inspect products for quality * Follow safety and production procedures * Work as part of a team in a fast paced manufacturing environment What We're Looking For No prior manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are: * Dependable and reliable * Available to work 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Able to follow instructions and safety procedures * Comfortable standing for extended periods * Able to safely lift 50 to 60 lbs regularly * Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Hiring Requirements To be considered for direct hire, candidates must meet at least one of the following: * At least 6 months of continuous employment with one employer within the past 3 years. One year is preferred.
