What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions using .NET, C#, Angular/React, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Lead complex systems analysis, solution design, development, testing, debugging, production support, and modernization initiatives while ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and performance.
- Build and enhance Azure solutions using App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Azure SQL, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines, while implementing automated testing and observability throughout the SDLC.
- Apply AI-assisted software engineering practices, including GitHub Copilot, Azure AI/OpenAI technologies, prompt engineering, AI-enabled testing, code generation, debugging, and developer productivity workflows.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture and design discussions, code reviews, root cause analysis, project planning, vendor evaluations, mentoring, and coordination of development activities.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SE2.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in systems analysis/application development.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in presenting to the target audience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Azure.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in C#.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Angular.
- Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI-enabled application development.

- Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

- Mastered understanding of applications supported with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to multitask for various components of complex projects.
- Mastered knowledge and focus on the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
- Active Microsoft Azure certification above Fundamentals level (Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent).
- Financial services experience, cloud modernization.
