KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ProductionPlanning & Direct Procurement Lead to join our Advisory Servicespractice.
Responsibilities:
* Provide functional leadership for Production Planning, manufacturing execution, and procurement (direct and indirect) scope, solution approach, estimates, and delivery planning within a SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
* Lead fit-to-standard workshops to guide solution decisions for material requirements planning, demand management, bills of material, routings, work centers, production versions, and overall plan-to-produce processes.
* Lead the design of both direct and indirect procurement processes in SAP Materials Management, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, source determination, scheduling agreements, inbound receipts, invoice integration, and subcontracting.
* Design integrated planning and execution processes spanning demand, MRP, procurement proposals, inventory availability, material staging, goods movements, and financial postings.
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with Sales and Distribution, Finance, warehouse processes, quality, data migration, reporting, and security teams.
* Partner with client stakeholders to define standardized future-state processes, roles, approvals, and operational readiness criteria.
* Own functional coordination and cutover readiness for all related master data objects (material master, BOMs, purchasing records, etc.).
* Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios for the plan-to-produce and procure-to-receive processes.
* Manage workstream plans, risks, issues, and delivery quality across client, onshore, and offshore teams.
* Apply an AI-first, value driven mindset to identify, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-enabled solutions that can enhance client outcomes, business performance, and operational effectiveness. Leverage foundational AI concepts while upholding KPMG Trusted AI principles to drive ethical, secure, and compliant adoption across business processes and solutions.
* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's values and foster a respectful, courteous, and ethical work environment.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation is mandatory.
* Minimum seven years of SAP Supply Chain experience with strong, hands-on expertise in Production Planning and Materials Management.
* Proven and demonstrable experience leading fit-to-standard workshops and guiding clients through solution design in a public cloud context.
* Strong, in-depth knowledge of both direct procurement (for production materials) and indirect procurement (for services and non-production goods) within SAP MM.
* Deep understanding of MRP, bills of material, routings, work centers, production orders, confirmations, and inventory movements.
* Experience integrating PP and MM with other SAP modules (Sales, Finance, etc.) and managing master data conversion and cutover planning.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
* Ability to travel as needed to support client workshops, testing, deployment, and other program activities.
