Technical Program Manager, Compute HardwareValidation

The Global Hardware Development team is a cross functional, cross programs and cross systems organization whose mission is to ensure that every vehicle product is meeting our strict requirements for functionality, durability, strength and abuse. It encompasses mechanical, electrical, thermal and systemsverification andvalidation,from characterization to acceleratedlifetesting.

We are looking for a Technical Program Managerwho is willing to undertake amazing challenges of managing validation endeavors by connecting all stakeholders, managingpriorities andexpectations,feeding back test resultsand design concernsin order to minimize product uncertainties before launch.

• Own the scope, schedule, implementation and escalation ofvalidationprojects and results from start to finish
• Be the primary driver for identifying organizational restrictions like resource limitations, timeline and scope misalignments, and escalate to x-func leadership with meaningful resolution options
• Set high leverage goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drivealignmentacross all stages of the project
• Work with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Service Engineering, Supply Chain and the engineering leadership team to gather new requirementsscope and timelines,and escalate issuesto ensure prompt resolution
• Aide in driving technical conversationsand issuesto closure, defining next steps, and ensuring follow-ups are owned
• Resolve conflict productively across teams
• Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities with inherent resource limitations

• Degree in Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and software development workflow
• 2-3years of experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing or managing engineering change operations
• Demonstrated experience in technical program management with many cross functional teams, with exceptional organization and communication skills
• Ideal candidates will have working knowledge of AI hardware development, including DRAM, HBM, Serdes, PCIE, Direct-to-chip cooling and mechanical packaging
• Problem solver with a talent for approaching complex challenges with a positive outlook, employing high social intelligence to make sure that all stakeholders feel adequately responded to.
