About Our Credit Analyst Program Build your foundation for a career in credit and commercial banking. During Associated Bank's five-month Credit Analyst Program, you'll combine hands-on experience with dedicated training, projects and opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues across the organization. You'll build connections with peers, mentors and banking professionals while gaining exposure to how we evaluate credit, support clients and develop financial solutions. Throughout the program, you'll put what you're learning into practice and build the knowledge, confidence and experience to create a strong foundation for your career at Associated Bank. Join Associated Bank as a 2027 Credit Analyst Trainee - Community Markets, where you'll perform credit analysis, prepare credit presentations, support underwriting activities, partner with Relationship Managers on commercial lending opportunities, and gain exposure to client and prospect interactions. Participants gain the skills and experience needed to pursue future opportunities within portfolio management, commercial banking, credit, and other commercial banking functions. This role is located in the La Crosse, WI market and is on-site. The Credit Analyst Program begins on May 24, 2027. Key Accountabilities
