Lead Service Technician

Diagnostic and Mechanical Repair Expertise: Lead by example with top-tier diagnostics, diesel repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high quality and efficiency while mentoring and enhancing team performance
• Documentation and Communication: Complete detailed documentation, clearly communicate issues and solutions to supervisors and customers, and utilize computer tools for task management
• Technical Support and Training: Stay current with technical knowledge, pursue relevant training, address customer complaints, and seize opportunities to improve service and drive sales

Required:

• 3+ years' of Service Technician/Diesel Mechanic experience and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel to customer locations, Titan locations, and offsite training facilities, as needed
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
• Must have your own tools, or the ability to acquire them prior to starting
