Job Title: HRIS Analyst II
Location: Remote Duration: 8+ Months Candidates must work CST hours will be Monday - Friday 8-4 or 9-5 Interviews will be 2 Teams interviews one with the manager and then the director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits & Retirement Analyst to support ongoing Benefits and Retirement operations and upcoming project work. This role will focus heavily on Workday configuration, including benefit and retirement eligibility rules, benefit plans, union and non-union populations, and related deductions. The analyst will also help triage cases, investigate configuration and integration errors, support testing, and partner with HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and the Total Rewards team to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday experience across both Benefits and Retirement, including knowledge of:
