Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will help drive the growth of our Optical Interconnect business by serving as a key interface between customers, partners, engineering, and business leadership. This individual will support customer engagement, business development, product positioning, and the creation of compelling marketing and technical content.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer meetings, technical reviews, and commercial discussions.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, messaging, and value propositions.
• Generate content for blogs, webinars, conference presentations, and executive communications.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Support business development activities, ecosystem partnerships, and lead generation efforts.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technology into clear customer benefits.
• Help define go-to-market strategies for next-generation optical interconnect products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, business development, or technical sales.
• Experience in semiconductors, photonics, optical communications, datacenter infrastructure, or related technologies preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers, partners, and senior leadership.

Travel

• Up to 25% travel, including both domestic and international travel, as business needs require.

Compensation

• The expected base salary range for this position is $220,000-$300,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
