The Opportunity:
The Contract Analyst - Government Contracts is responsible for administering, coordinating, and supporting VWR's government contract programs, with a focus on contract administrative efforts for major federal and state contract vehicles, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. This role ensures contractual requirements are monitored, reported, and executed in alignment with customer obligations, internal policies, and compliance expectations. The Contract Analyst partners closely with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, Government Contracts leadership, and external customers to support contract performance, issue resolution, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing time-sensitive contract administration activities in a fast-paced environment.
