About the Role: Your Impact as a Content Strategist Step into a pivotal role as a Content Strategist, where your passion for understanding user needs and pain points will drive the creation of exceptional digital experiences. You will be a key player within a multidisciplinary User Experience (UX) team, crafting effortless mobile, web, and desktop solutions grounded in empathy and informed by thoughtful planning. - Apply content strategy principles, including planning, creation, and governance, to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Architect user experiences collaboratively with designers and product partners, establishing a foundation for alignment, prototyping, visual design, and content design.
- Produce high-quality UX content, rapidly integrating feedback, identifying and resolving content design challenges, and meeting both business and user needs.
- Align content with business requirements and user needs to support core strategic objectives.
- Inform all content decisions through data, research, and meticulous planning.
- Write content according to UX writing standards, and align or edit existing content to meet these standards.
- Lead content reviews and influence stakeholders by articulating content design decisions with clear rationale.
- Oversee content direction and actively participate in, or lead, peer reviews.
- Identify gaps in UX writing standards and propose effective solutions.
- Develop solutions collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team, considering the interplay of digital, physical, and service channels.
- Utilize problem definition techniques and data to drive project requirements.
- Facilitate ideation efforts, focusing on the core problem to solve and fostering a collaborative "how might we" conversation.
- Lead reviews and drive decisions, embracing an iterative approach that prioritizes progress within scope and budget.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and raise them to team or project leads, collaborating to find solutions.
- Maintain the high standards set by the group, including channel standards, content standards, and our design system.
- Lead projects across UX disciplines to create seamless user experiences.

What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of content design experience focused on digital products or equivalent.
- An online portfolio showcasing your process and design thinking.
- Experience with all aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, writing for accessibility, and creating content specifications.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodology.
- Strong self-management skills, comfort with substantial responsibility, and the ability to work directly with our partners and manage project schedules.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and Writer.
- Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams.
- An effective relationship builder, capable of partnering cross-functionally and working effectively with various levels of the organization and personality types.
- Comfort in a project-oriented work environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Bonus Points
- 1+ year of content design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces.
- 1+ year of conversational design experience.
- Experience using AI assistants or LLMs for solutioning.
