Role Description & Responsibilities As an Industry Business Development Leader in the Marine & Defense Sector of Dassault Systemes, you will develop a robust pipeline and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders in the Naval industry. In this role you will be driving digital and operational transformations. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with executives to map operational changes, build business cases, and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Guiding strategy and aligning client goals with technical solutions to build business pipeline across United States, Canada & Mexico. Collaborating with sales to create Industry presentations and secure executive sponsorship. Overseeing project deliverables, track KPIs, and measuring post-implementation value. Promote Dassault Systemes' generative AI capabilities for shipbuilding. Qualifications Deep knowledge and strong network within the defense and commercial shipbuilding extending to the US Navy or equivalent Naval service. Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or equivalent technical field. Master's degree is a plus. Background in strategy, operations, process architecture, and change management. Skilled in delivering executive presentation to customers. Proven ability to build C-level relationships and drive commercial growth. Experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects and strategic risks. Exceptional written and verbal English skills leading cross-functional, global teams. Qualifications Deep knowledge and strong network within the defense and commercial shipbuilding extending to the US Navy or equivalent Naval service. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $184500 and $217100, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus. | |
