Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location(s): Chicago, IL (Remote) Responsibilities Enhancement Activities - technical configuration and workflow enhancement support to deploy additional application functionality. Guidance on solutions and alternatives. Assist with knowledge transfer to support teams. Perform data migration as required. Support configuration and customization efforts. Service Catalog: create/modify catalog item(s), create/modify approval workflows, create/modify order guides. Develop/evaluate/update workflows. Automation for various application support processes. Requirements 2 to 5 years of experience required. ServiceNow Engineer. Must be proficient in ServiceNow Modules and APIs and have a strong desire to leverage ServiceNow for Automation at Vanguard in Enterprise Security & Fraud. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
