Our Imaging Solutions team is seeking an organized and efficient Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team driving innovation in the camera industry. Based at our San Diego headquarters, this role will be integral to supporting our entire marketing organization including content, events, paid media, PR, and more.

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for the marketing team, ensuring projects, programs, and initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, managing purchase orders and invoices, coordinating product and material shipments, maintaining documentation, and working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to many areas of the marketing organization and the broader business. Working alongside marketing, finance, procurement, agencies, vendors, sales, product teams, and other internal partners, the Marketing Coordinator will develop a strong understanding of how a large organization operates and how marketing initiatives come together from planning through execution. It's an ideal role for someone who is eager to learn, build a broad business foundation, and explore different areas of marketing.

Responsibilities


  • Open and manage purchase orders, invoices and invoice reconciliation, vendor payments, and related documentation
  • Processing SOWs and trafficking contracts through the systems and with legal
  • Consumption orders to support influencer, PR and owned content work
  • Manage paid media invoices and media accruals
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics for products, samples, marketing materials, event assets, and other deliverables including preparing and packing, domestic and international documentation, and receiving and verifying inbound equipment
  • Track shipments, deliveries, returns, and inventory as needed. Maintain accurate operational records and keep shipping and staging areas organized,
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, finance, procurement, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain organized files, trackers, contracts, invoices, and other marketing documentation
  • Maintain product closet inventory for content and influencer
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, presentations, reporting, and other team needs
  • Support events, product launches, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives with the necessary operational logistics
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding action items
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistical or administrative issues before they become roadblocks

Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business operations, administration, or a related field
  • San Diego based - This is a hybrid role which will require in-office work a minimum of 3 days a week. During key times, there may be additional days in the office needed.
  • Must be able to perform the following essential job functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation:
    • Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
    • Frequent standing, walking, bending.
    • Work in an indoor shipping and staging area alongside oice space

Preferred Skills


  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working with purchase orders, invoices, budgets, expense tracking, and other business processes or eager to learn
  • Experience coordinating shipping, logistics, vendors, events, or marketing materials is a plus
  • ATA carnet experience.
  • Live event, tour, or production logistics background
  • Experience with inventory or asset tracking systems.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $22.80to $30.40The actual hourly rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus plan, which is based on company performance and is not guaranteed, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
