Job Description: The Regional APP lead position in AHCI is a leadership position within AHCI tasked with overseeing and coordinating the activities of nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), and other advanced practice clinicians in a given geographic region as defined by AHCI. Individuals in this role will partner closely with AHCI regional medical and operational leadership to oversee APC practice. This position will report to the AHCI regional medical director for the respective region Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team. Works within a Specialty Care team, in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of the treatment team ensuring continuity of patient care in all settings. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team. As Lead, helps manage daily departmental needs, scheduling and workflow for staff. Assists management with employee performance review and coaching opportunities.

Pay Range Pay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE.
