Global Marketing Manager, Michael Kors & Diesel

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and leading the global marketing strategy to elevate brand presence and drive long-term business growth. This role oversees brand positioning, cultural programming, strategic partnerships, and multi-channel campaigns to maximize consumer engagement across global markets.



Serving as a key strategic partner, the Global Marketing Manager collaborates cross-functionally with executive leadership, regional marketing teams, product development, and external licensing partners. The role ensures global brand consistency while empowering regional execution, integrating earned media strategies, and leveraging market insights to capture key commercial and cultural opportunities worldwide.


This position reports to the Global Marketing Director and will lead a team of two direct reports.

What you will do in this role




  • Support the development of global brand and product marketing strategies that define clear vision, positioning, and direction across markets



  • Partner with licensors to co-create seasonal brand marketing strategies aligned with global priorities and regional opportunities



  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize global strategies and tailor activations to key markets



  • Build and manage seasonal integrated marketing calendars connecting global campaigns to regional execution



  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Merchandising, and Sales teams to define seasonal moments and tactics that drive awareness and conversion



  • Serve as a strategic link between Global Brand Marketing, regional leads, and licensors to share insights, trends, and campaign learnings



  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs across markets to deliver actionable recommendations



  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with regional teams and licensors to ensure budget adherence and brand consistency



  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth



  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and compliance across brands, markets, and partners



  • Lead and develop team members (if applicable) to deliver marketing initiatives effectively and collaboratively





Who You Are




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field



  • 7+ years of experience in marketing within consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands, including direct experience in product marketing; global or regional market experience preferred



  • Proven success in integrated marketing and campaign management across multiple channels and markets



  • Exceptional communication, leadership, collaboration, and strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and international teams



  • Strong project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment



  • Analytical and insights-driven with financial experience and budget management expertise, combined with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and business performance
