Mortenson is currently seeking a Lean Engineer I or II to join our Solar Team that will support project teams with applying Mortenson's kaizen-based continuous improvement approach, as well as 5S and Flow Construction, to enhance work safety, streamline processes, and improve project outcomes. Location: Preference given to those located in the Southwest region (Arizona, California); also open to the following states/regions: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Florida and the Carolinas. Travel: 75% to 100%; options include the ability to travel to project sites as required up to the posted requirements OR temporary relocation to a project site and working on a rotation schedule. Locations may vary based on the project. When your project is complete you will be assigned to another project. Mortenson hires for a career. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
