Position Summary Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead to provide maintenance of existing IT infrastructure in support of divisional/Group/Corporate strategic objectives while researching & implementing new technologies.

Parker's Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our plants provide critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Data Processing. Responsibilities
- Supports Division/Group/Corporate Information Technology objectives & standards.
- Provide technical assistance/coaching to junior level infrastructure employees.
- Act as a subject matter expert in support of the Group infrastructure value streams.
- Maintains existing IT infrastructure systems - corrects issues & enhances current functionality.
- Research and present new technologies that will enhance productivity & security.
- Provides user support in the areas of software development, troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and fine-tuning/configuration of servers and networks.
- Support a variety of applications including shop floor control, bar coding equipment, work stations and Window based servers.
- Achieve IT security objectives to minimize internal & external risks.
- Comply with all regulations related to government contracts, data privacy, & risk management.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisor/divisions/Group/Corporate employees.
- Be cost effective within the operating budget established for IT related functions.
- Maintain safety requirements and promote safety practices.
- Maintain quality standards
- Less than 10% overnight travel to support division locations, with day travel to local production facilities as needed.

- BS degree in Computer Science or other IT related degree required.
- Technical certifications such as A+ or MCSE preferred.
- 5-10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, 2-5 years experience within manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of network architecture and LAN/WAN support.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
- SQL database administration experience.
- Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Support experience with wireless controllers and access points.
- Terminal Services experience, including thin-client environments.
- OT and/or IoT experience.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Software and hardware support for PCs, laptops, servers, printers, tablets, thin clients, mobile devices, Cisco switches, and related equipment.
- Help Desk support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $99705 to $174575 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
