We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead and optimize creator affiliate programs, playing a pivotal role in the evolution of our client's digital marketing ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Drive substantial growth in creator affiliate partnerships and directly attributable revenue across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands.
• Oversee and manage all creator affiliate activities on leading platforms, ensuring peak performance and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full lifecycle of creator engagement, from strategic recruitment and seamless onboarding to dynamic activation and effective re-engagement initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong direct communication channels and enduring relationships with key creators.
• Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying key insights and opportunities for optimization to maximize results and achieve ambitious goals.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations based on in-depth market trends and comprehensive creator performance analytics.
• Collaborate closely with external agency partners to ensure seamless execution and robust accountability of all program initiatives.
• Support the overarching creator affiliate strategy for a diverse and impactful portfolio of consumer brands.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of dedicated influencer/creator marketing experience, with a significant and demonstrable focus on affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs, clearly distinct from brand awareness campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise with leading creator commerce platforms such as ShopMy and LTK.
• Extensive experience in recruiting, activating, and fostering strong, productive relationships with creators and influencers.
• Deep understanding of the evolving affiliate marketing and creator commerce landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to meticulously analyze affiliate performance data and translate complex insights into actionable, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to effectively drive consensus and action across diverse teams.

Stand Out With

• Experience managing affiliate marketing budgets, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation.
• Familiarity with additional affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate.
• An existing robust network of creator/influencer relationships within the affiliate space.
• Background within the fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industries.
