QA Inspector - Direct Hire Location: Memphis, TN Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Night Shift \| 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts) What You'll Do Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and tape measures. Identify quality concerns, defects, and non-conforming materials. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality and process compliance. Support continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and manufacturing processes. Experience Requirements Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience using micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and quality issues. Experience documenting inspection findings and maintaining quality records. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive inspections in a manufacturing environment. Ability to bend, reach, and handle parts during the inspection process. Must be able to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
