Winston Taylor is seeking a practice attorney to support its employee benefits & executive compensation practice. The position is a non-partnership track position. Responsibilities will include beneficiary document review, preparing and reviewing Department of Labor and IRS forms and filings, drafting routine participant communications and plan amendments, and assisting with other standardized benefits work. The ideal candidate will have strong technology and AI skills, excellent organization and project management abilities, and strong attention to detail. Prior employee benefits experience is preferred but not required for a candidate who can quickly learn new subject matter and manage multiple projects efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include drafting blog posts, client alerts, and other practice materials and supporting non-billable practice development initiatives. While Chicago is the preferred office locations for this position, we will also consider candidates within our other offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $165,000.
