Apply Later Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will oversee end-to-end production and management of a large, heterogenous pipeline of content published on McKinsey.com by the practices that make up our Winning with Technology (WWT) marketing communications group.
Through development, support, and execution of creative communication plans and tactics, you will build awareness of McKinsey's capabilities, knowledge, and assets. You will help protect the firm's reputation, punctuate its expertise, and contribute to bringing campaigns to life across the WWT group globally. Due to the rapid evolution of AI, agentic AI, and adjacent technologies, which our McKinsey partners and experts in WWT publish on regularly, this role is integral for ensuring time-sensitive and high-quality outputs within several distinct areas.
You will manage publishing priorities, setting and delivering on deadlines, monitoring daily progress, anticipating potential issues, and reallocating resources quickly and proactively to minimize bottlenecks and optimize time to publication. Your keen ability to sense urgency, prioritize tasks, and bring organization to all you do will be a valuable skill set in the team's effort to build awareness of McKinsey's distinctive knowledge and strengthen our multichannel strategy for our tech and AI content.
You'll be part of McKinsey Global Publishing (MGP), McKinsey's largest publishing group, and work with a ~100-person team of editors and production staff. MGP works with McKinsey authors to develop and publish distinctive content across an expanding array of print and digital platforms, including McKinsey.com and the McKinsey Insights app. MGP includes experienced editors, copy editors, designers, multimedia producers, and web producers that help McKinsey colleagues create and publish their insights in the form of articles, reports, videos, podcasts, blogs, interactives, email newsletters, and more.
You will collaborate closely with WWT, which is made up of communications and publishing professionals focused on developing compelling content and external and internal campaigns for QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey; McKinsey Technology; and Growth, Marketing & Sales. These practices have some of the most robust editorial pipelines in the firm. You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
