In This Role:

  • You will coordinate milestones, risks, dependencies, and communications, and keep a fast-moving, evolving initiative structured and on schedule.
  • You'll partner with business functions, AI champions, IT and Digital Centers of Excellence leaders, cybersecurity, and HR to drive execution and accountability without owning the technical implementation.
  • You will establish, track, and report on knowledge worker AI adoption and performance impact, including usage and performance indicators, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • You'll support governance and steering committee activities, including program prioritization and status reporting.
  • You'll partner with HR and communications teams on awareness, training, and change management to drive adoption across a broad employee population.
  • As a people leader, you'll guide program managers or workstream leads, assigning work, monitoring progress, and supporting their development. You may also coordinate outside vendors and consultants.
  • You will identify problems, obstacles, and opportunities early, and lead process improvements based on data, metrics, and business needs.
  • You will prepare reports and analyses for peers and senior management that highlight issues and support decisions.

What You Will Need to Succeed:
  • You've led large, cross-functional enterprise programs and have 7+ years of supervisory or managerial experience, with in-depth experience in program or project management.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and bring strong organizational discipline to a fast-moving strategic initiative with evolving priorities.
  • You have strong program planning, status tracking, and risk and dependency management skills.
  • You have worked cross-functionally with technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies, and you're comfortable coordinating without being the technical implementer.
  • You've measured, tracked, and communicated adoption, performance, and business impact.
  • You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
  • You have a change management and adoption mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Your skillset includes Microsoft Office and program management tools.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Master's degree is preferred. It would be a plus if you've helped organizations deploy and scale AI, enterprise software, or digital transformation programs, including in consulting or more AI-native environments.
