Description The Mental Health Worker serves as a member of the nursing team under the direct supervision of a registered nurse providing direct and indirect care. The Mental Health Worker is responsible for collecting and reporting of information to the supervising RN or Charge Nurse and completion of all patient care related tasks and documentation. Additional responsibilities include ADL's, vital signs, patient observations/rounding and to observe safety risks throughout the unit. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
