Site Safety Coordinator Location: Sunland Park, NM Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 a.m. Weekends and overtime are required. Pay: $40-$50 per hour Job Summary The Site Safety Coordinator supports workplace safety at a construction project site by monitoring site conditions, promoting safe work practices, and helping ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements. This position works closely with site personnel to identify hazards, conduct inspections, and address safety concerns. Job Responsibilities Monitor site activities for compliance with safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards. Work with site personnel to address unsafe conditions and practices. Support safety meetings, training, and communication. Document safety observations, incidents, and corrective actions. Assist with incident investigations and follow up on corrective measures. Maintain safety records and reports. Job Requirements 3-5 or more years of safety experience. OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 certification. Ability to identify workplace hazards and communicate safety requirements effectively. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. A Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification is required at one site and preferred at the other. No travel required. About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
