This position develops creative and effective content and distribution approaches across digital, online, and social media channels to support the Forvis Mazars DNA. Working with limited day-to-day instruction, this position applies specialized communications knowledge and advanced judgment while collaborating with the CEO, HR function leaders, and Marketing & Business Development. What You Will Do: The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the items listed below. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary. Collaborates with HR leaders and cross-functional partners on a variety of strategic communications projects Transforms complex information into clear, engaging, and useful messages for the appropriate audiences and distribution channels Develops and manages online people and culture content designed to engage audience segments and encourage measurable action Maintains communications vehicles that build momentum and awareness and evaluates the effectiveness of communications activities Partners with Marketing team members to develop graphics and supporting materials for programs and communications Implements and leverages employee feedback channels related to executive communications; monitors feedback and analyzes data to identify insights and recommendations Recommends and applies best practices to extend reach and readership and improve delivery methods and frequency Adheres to and applies the Forvis Mazars DNA, voice, brand standards, and established SOPs Supports the Executive Communications function by independently managing or leading assigned high-priority special projects Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in communications Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree, JD, or PhD 5-9 years of experience in communications #LI-DFW #LI-LW2 About Forvis Mazars, LLP Forvis Mazars, LLP is an independent member of Forvis Mazars Global, a leading global professional services network.
