Now Hiring: Test Technician Location: West Columbia, SC Pay Rate: $24.00-$28.00/hour Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:45 PM 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM-12:45 AM Monday-Saturday with regular overtime Position Type: Contract to Hire Put your electrical troubleshooting skills to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. We're hiring experienced Test Technicians to inspect, test, and troubleshoot electrical power equipment while helping ensure products meet quality and performance standards. Job Duties Perform electrical and functional testing on finished products Troubleshoot failures using schematics and wiring diagrams Use multimeters and other electrical test equipment to diagnose issues Accurately document test results and route failed units for repair Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring problems Maintain testing equipment and support process improvements Follow established safety and quality procedures Qualifications 3+ years of electrical testing or troubleshooting experience in manufacturing Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience using multimeters and electrical testing equipment Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience Experience with electrical panels, power supplies, or control systems preferred Reliable attendance and availability to work Saturdays Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required in a production environment Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now Ready to turn your electrical troubleshooting experience into your next opportunity?
