Responsibilities

As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruiter to facilitate our early talent recruiting strategy. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent from colleges and universities. This role combines the responsibilities of coordinating recruitment activities and engaging with academic institutions to build a strong pipeline of entry-level candidates. The Recruiter will participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in onboarding new hires.

    Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to promote the company as an employer of choice
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and campus partnerships
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence and reputation on campuses through targeted marketing and branding initiatives
  • Internship Program: Assist with coordinating internship programs, including recruiting and onboarding
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on college recruiting and administrative support or relevant job experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and event planning skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve strategies
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
