Salary and title will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and training. A strong track record researching the molecular drivers of prostate cancer pathogenesis, and mechanisms that contribute to disease progression and metastasis. Additionally, successful applicants are expected to demonstrate excellence in CRISPER and small molecule screening and associated bioinformatic analyses. PhD, MD, EdD or equivalent academic doctoral degree is required at the time of hire. Applicant's CV must state (pending) degree requirement upon application submission. Teaching duties for this position will be minimal. The successful candidate is expected to develop an independent area of scholarly work. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is $112,500-$176,000.
