The goal of the Clelland lab is develop novel therapies for neurodegenerative diseases like dementias and ALS. Projects focused on basic mechanisms of disease and CRISPR gene editing in iPSC-derived neurons. We work with our close collaborators at the Innovative Genomics Institute.
