West Virginia University School of Nursing invites applications for a benefits eligible, full time, 12-month, Assistant Professor in Clinical Education Track position to teach in the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Nurse Anesthetist Program. This position will report to the Chair of the Family and Community Health Department. Responsibilities: The Clinical Assistant Professor works collaboratively with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director, reports to the Department Chair, and functions as a nurse anesthetist academic and clinical faculty member. In the academic role, the Clinical Assistant Professor is responsible for graduate-level course management, in-class and simulation instruction, student advising and DNP project mentoring. In the clinical role, the incumbent is flexible to choose the site of practice through the Faculty Practice Plan or in an approved position independent of the School of Nursing. Essential Duties:
