Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help create a comfortable home for our residents by:
- Addressing service requests, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, and more.
- Preparing apartments for turnover by painting, repairing appliances, changing locks, and other tasks.
- Ensuring curb appeal through building inspections and upkeep, including snow removal as needed.
- Responding to emergency maintenance needs during on-call hours.
What You Bring
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous maintenance experience (required); HVAC experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems like plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliances.
- A strong commitment to safety and effective communication skills.
