Job Details We are Excited to be Searching for a Dynamic and Experienced Territory Sales Manager for Our Wilmington, NC Region!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team within your designated region. Your primary focus will be to achieve company sales goals by driving the performance of your team, ensuring the highest standards in customer service, and aligning with company strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Sales Team Leadership: Oversee the entire sales team within your region, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales KPIs. * Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales trainers, and other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies. * Methodology & Accountability: Hold sales field trainers and consultants accountable to established sales methodologies and personally conduct ride-a-longs with consultants. * Problem Resolution: Assist sales consultants in resolving project challenges within the stipulated time frames, ensuring smooth project execution. * Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of your region's sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. * Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional service in line with the RbA Signature Service model during customer interactions. * Project Oversight: Ensure timely job completion, particularly concerning loan expirations, by collaborating with operations for any additional training or expedited resolutions required. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in a sales management role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. * Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success. * Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. * In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. SCHEDULE: Full-time COMPENSATION: 80,000 annually + Bonus Renewal by Andersen of Central NC is an equal opportunity employer.
