Our lab is located in the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences on the Mission Bay campus and focuses on developing cutting-edge technologies for functional ultrasound imaging, ultrasound neuromodulation, and image-guided neurointervention. We are looking for a candidate to work on a project involving deep learning processing of functional ultrasound imaging data (see our recent paper for further information: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9247015/). The candidate will be expected to develop and train new models and to perform experiments to validate the performance of the neuroimaging methods. Additionally, the researcher will be expected to contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for publication and to assist with managing other lab operations under the supervision of the principal investigator.
