Overview

Responsibilities

The Business Process Management Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing NISA's business processes, enhancing efficiency and driving continuous improvement. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, data and business stakeholders throughout the firm, to identify areas for enhancement, streamline workflows and ensure seamless operations. In addition to process improvement, the Analyst will focus on identifying, documenting and maintaining value streams, business process taxonomy and controls. The analyst will be responsible for:

    Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Product Analysis: Assist in evaluation of current products and their operating model
  • Documentation: Document process / operating models and workflows
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and facilitate process design
  • Change Management: Implement process improvements and manage change effectively
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities within the organization


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, and/or relevant industry-related experience
  • Proven experience as a business process analyst, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Lean Six Sigma a plus
