CADD Technician - Land Development

Position Overview:

The primary focus of this role will be to collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and refine design concepts.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interprets and translates sketches, blueprints, and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
• Ensures that all drawings are geometrically accurate and meets standards.
• Makes necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in design specifications.
• Maintains organized files and documentation of all CAD drawings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in using AutoCAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating construction and land development drawings.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into CAD drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
