  • Assist Business Process Owners in defining and standardizing global processes for enterprise order management, pricing management, and export order management, ensuring value realization for ERP and associated applications
  • Partner with Product Owners, DT resources, Consulting Partners, and key Business Stakeholders to align and build consensus on global processes
  • Identify and engage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all divisions and regions to gather and document business requirements
  • Ensure processes align with data definitions and governance requirements, identify gaps, and collaborate with Enterprise Data owners to resolve issues
  • Develop methods to monitor, track, and report key process indicators, and create governance policies to ensure compliance
  • Participate in system integration, user acceptance testing, and post go-live support; validate data extracts and loads
  • Champion automation, process simplification, and standardization attainments
  • Train end users, communicate the value of process optimization, and build relationships across teams to support change initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably a Master's Degree) in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field, or 12 years of relevant logistics/supply chain experience
  • Knowledge of ERP Operating Systems and 5-10+ years of experience in business lead/technology-related roles, including 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Experience with large projects and major system implementations
  • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal capable of conveying ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority
  • Strong adaptability dealing with ambiguous or changing requirements
