Description
Mazak Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Training Instructor to join our Training department located at our National Technology Center in Florence, KY. Training instructors provide both in-person and online training to customers and internal employees on the programming, operation, and/or maintenance of Mazak CNC Machine Tools. Instructors develop curriculum as well as technical publications for technicians to use during class and in the field to perform their job duties. Training classes are held at Mazak Technology Centers and at customer facilities Scope and Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following: * Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees * Develop documentation using advanced computer software * Communicate technical procedures effectively to a group of varied skilled individuals * Manage time effectively to cover all objectives of the course * Approximately 25% of travel is required Education/Certification: * High school diploma. * 2- or 4-year degree in applicable field is preferred Skills: *5 years' of job related experience with Mazak CNC Machine Tools *Knowledge of CNC Machinery * Ability to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Ability to instruct EOE, including disability/vets Education
