Manager - Nursing Administration/Adult Float Pool Central Resource Group Full Time 79272BR Job Summary Manages nursing and administrative operations in specific patient care areas. Implements changes to patient workflows and operational processes. Maintains 24 hour line management responsibility for the administration of fiscal, material and human resources. Direct reports are typically supervisor level. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Float Pool personnel consists of; Critical Care Nurses, Medical/Surgical Care Nurses, Transport Nurses, Discharge Lounge Nurses, Patient Care Assistants/Safety Attendants, Video Monitor Technicians and Hospital Unit Service Coordinators. Nursing Administrative Staffing Office personnel consists of Staffing Coordinators, Administrative Supervisor, Administrative Analyst and the Hospital Supervisor for Parnassus, Mission Bay and Mount Zion.
