DETAILS Location: 100% Remote Position Type: 6M C2H Hourly / Salary: BOE! JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior ERP Program Manager (D365 F&O) for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Dallas, TX 75254 and is 100% remote based. The Senior ERP Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects of scale and significance. The Senior ERP Program Manager will be a true hit-the-ground-running individual that is comfortable with complex environments with rapidly changing requirements. The Senior ERP Program Manager must love actively engaging in and coming from a proven successful track record of being in the trenches rather than a more high-level Solution Architecture Project Management approach. The Senior ERP Program Manager will manage the overall health of the projects, ensure that requirements are established, objectives, schedules, and deliverables are reviewed and met, and the project is completed on schedule and within budget. The ideal Senior ERP Program Manager will have in-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and project management principles and best practices. The Senior ERP Program Manager will be responsible for multiple projects running concurrently. The Senior ERP Program Manager will collaborate, partner, and motivate project team members. Project Details: The Senior ERP Program Manager will be joining an organization that is implementing D365 (F&O Project Accounting / F&O SCM / F&O Migration) across 16 Business Units (utilizing various ERPs [mostly Epicor]) and 5 M&A Integrations projects. The Senior ERP Program Manager will lead, manage, and support the implementation across 180+ end-users with 30-40% of the business already fully utilizing D365 F&O. The Senior ERP Program Manager will assist in establishing standard and repeatable processes and have an exceptional level of delivery to help the organization level-up. The Senior ERP Program Manager will be targeting a successful migration / implementation of D365 Enterprise-wide over the next 2-3years. Ideal Senior ERP Program Manager: The ideal Program Manager will have a strong grasp on not just the project tasks but also the intricate nature of the entire program. The Program Manager will need to be an expert who comprehends the complexities of Program Management. For instance, how changings in D365 affect other connected systems (Finance / Security / Treasury / HR / Interconnected Subsystems). The Program Manager must have come from a background o managing projects with multiple layers of subprojects. The Program Manager must have experience managing highly integrated and complex systems, involving multiple layers of subprojects and subsystems. The ideal Program Manager will possess strong leadership skills to drive successful programs while taking the appropriately acknowledging those contributing while not shifting blame to others for failures. D365 Implementation Team: 5 Total (2 Epicor [primarily for support of the legacy Epicor system until D365 F&O is fully migrated / integrated] / 1 D365 Support Analyst / 1 D365 Solutions Architect / 1 D365 SME) JOB REQUIREMENTS
