We're looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to support our Employee Housing operations. In this role, you will provide vital administrative, secretarial, and office services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service
  • Delivers exceptional service to employee-tenants and hiring managers, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.


Administrative
  • Maintains and updates the Employee Housing Daily Activity Report.
  • Drafts and manages office documents; operates office equipment; screens calls; and handles messages.
  • Tracks financial transactions with spreadsheets and communicates discrepancies to accounting; updates the manager on budget and expenditures.
  • Orders and manages office, maintenance, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Logs monthly office supply budget charges and prepares statistical reports.
  • Ensures professionalism by adhering to policies on noise, mingling, and dress code.


Operations
  • Provides administrative support to the Employee Housing Manager, including call handling, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Manages Rent Manager tasks: updating tenant accounts, processing rent, and handling account closures and security deposits.
  • Schedules and records seasonal and monthly room inspections; prepares eviction notices.
  • Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance for key requests and issue tracking; coordinates spring cleaning and refurbishment projects.
  • Completes bi-weekly Facility Analysis inspections and files reports with Risk Management.
  • Prioritizes projects independently and contributes to team goals.


Communication
  • Handles confidential information with discretion and tact.
  • Supports clear communication by managing calls, messages, and orientation programs.
  • Maintains strong relationships with all on-mountain departments through effective communication.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Driving


Driving:

  • Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program


Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of previous administrative field skills and computer skills of word processing, Access, Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • CPR/first aid certification preferred
