What the key responsibilities are: Lead and manage a team of five to six finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. Oversee the entire financial wheelhouse, including payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance. Serve as an interdisciplinary leader, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless financial operations. Utilize expertise in Workday and other related systems to streamline financial processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and sustainability. Maintain a thorough understanding of the revenue lifecycle in senior living and healthcare services. What the required qualifications are: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in a leadership role in senior healthcare financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting Proven ability to manage complex organizations with multiple service lines and companies. Strong leadership and political acumen to navigate a diverse organization and bring groups together. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other ERP systems. Pre-employment checks will include thorough reference checks and criminal background check.
