Part Time Field Trainer in Kroger

As a Field Engagement Trainer, you will promote sales by preparing and introducing Kroger shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling and support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members as well as demo set up and break down.

Now, about you:

• You're 21 years or older
• Can work 28-32 hours per week including a minimum of 1 weekend day
• Can stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store
• Can lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have experience training others
• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Are willing to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week
