Hours

Monday-Friday with start times available as early as 8am and (one late night until 6pm).

Advisors are expected to work on-campus until proficiency of the role has been reached and onboarding is successfully completed, at that time there may be opportunity for a hybrid schedule of in-person at the Campus and remote work.

Job Details

This is a customer service position assisting a diverse student population. In this role you will guide students through the financial aid process and counsel prospective and current students through funding options. Financial Aid Advisors receive onboarding support through our On the Job Training Program and have opportunity for growth by means of our Career Pathways.

Requirements



  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 Years of Title IV administration experience preferred
