Are you passionate about helping SMBs improve their digital presence and marketing outcomes? Are you someone who deeply understands the challenges that SMBs and Solopreneurs face when launching, growing and/or maintaining their business? Perhaps someone who also has a keen business sense with the drive and hunger to bring a vision to life? This is a position where you will build and launch a new product within Adobe working within an exciting org that is incubating next-generation ideas. You will work closely with your co-founder to lead a team of designers, prototypers, and engineers to bring to life a product, test it with customers and demonstrate product-market fit. We are looking for a co-lead with lived expertise in SMB digital marketing - either as a business owner themselves or from the agency perspective - who wants to lead the business side of this new venture. What's needed to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
