Our Company The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Organization's leadership team. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions. In addition, this role will lead an HR Business Partner team to provide partnership to the GMO (org size ~1400 FTEs). What You'll Do

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
