Title: Program Project Control and Finance Manager

Location: Alexandria, VA

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

Responsibilities:



  • Reporting to the Program Manager, responsible for the overall program financial and asset tracking
  • Act as the program liaison between program management, subcontracts, and procurement
  • Assist with asset and subcontractor procurement activities
  • Manage Unanet procurement workflow and input
  • Research and analyze data to aid the overall goals of the assigned program, by tracking the budget, forecasting financial needs, monitoring and reporting outcome data, tracking compliance to corporate and legal regulations, and doing ad hoc data analysis for program management
  • Define and communicate project budgets
  • Identify and resolve risks and financial discrepancies or variances
  • Oversee project closings and update processes
  • Create financial reports and forecasts, and fit them to know trends
  • Create, maintain and deliver MSR, QBR and annual closeout reports
  • Prepare and analyze a variety of reports related to the status of funds to include commitments, obligations, and liquidations, travel, staff salaries, and other workload indicators
  • Consolidate data for viable overview of financial status of programs in various formats
  • Advise program management staff on the status of availability of funds in various accounts
  • Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed projects based on available resources and drafts recommendations for alternative courses of action



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a government contractor setting, responsible for the overall program budgets and finances of large size programs
  • PMP or CSM certification required
  • Detailed-oriented, analytical and capable of effectively assessing data
  • The ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with personnel on all levels of the organization
  • The ability to provide full time onsite support and interfacing with the government client
  • TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
